Cybersecurity challenges can in fact be symptoms of wider issues, which are often complex and interconnected. Too often we see software tools being purchased to solve the most obvious symptoms, but fail to address the bigger underlying problems.

That's why we take a client-centric, strategy-first approach to cybersecurity. To work with you define the underlying challenges and needs, and inform the best pathway forward – which may or may not involve purchasing new tech.

Luke is an experienced executive with over a decade of experience in senior leadership and consulting roles. With a MBA, MStrat and BSc, Luke combines analytical rigour with strategic insight. His career includes 12 years as a warfare officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy, where he served in command and operational roles, shaping his expertise in complex decision-making and strategic planning.

David is known for his strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical mindset. He is passionate about helping teams to success and is currently leading the finance team with a focus on optimising financial management and driving growth strategies.

With close to 25 years’ experience, Regan has worked in information technology sales for 15 years across cybersecurity, managed services, infrastructure, and software development for a portfolio of key clients that include central government.

Georgia joined SSS in 2016, initially as a Junior Project Manager, followed by a promotion into the senior leadership team and heading up our project management office and customer success initiative. Georgia is passionate about people and delivering the best service outcomes for our clients.

With nearly a decade of experience in security operations, managed security services and hands-on operational roles, Rob brings a deep and comprehensive understanding to his position as the leader of our Security Operations Centre at SSS. Among his most notable achievements is his pivotal role in establishing one of New Zealand’s largest shared Security Operations Centre services.

Kyle has 25 years’ experience in information technology, largely focused on cybersecurity. His experience includes security engineering, governance, risk and compliance, consulting, entrepreneurship, and he has previously worked as Acting Chief Information Officer for a central government agency. Kyle believes in taking a pragmatic, risk-based approach to cybersecurity and providing right-size solutions and outcomes for our clients.

As a strategic contributor and member of the senior leadership team, she helps with the execution of key strategic initiatives. Recognised as the 2024 OfficeMax AdmiNZ Administrative Professional of the Year, Lea is a passionate advocate for the administrative profession, and maximising value and impact within organisations.

Driven by a passion for innovation, Varun spearheads the development and expansion of SSS’s IAM practice across Australia and New Zealand. Beyond leading transformative IAM initiatives, Varun is passionate about precision, strategy and teamwork.

Shami has extensive experience in cybersecurity consulting, specialising in providing strategic guidance to senior leadership and operational teams. He helps organisations identify and manage cyber threats and risks while enhancing their overall maturity and capability. With extensive cross-industry expertise – spanning healthcare, energy and utilities, financial services, and local and central government – Shami has supported organisations at various stages of their cybersecurity journey.

Micah has extensive experience in security engineering, operations, governance, risk and compliance, and data privacy. She excels in crafting security and privacy strategies and ensuring adherence to standards such as NZISM, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, as well as privacy regulations including the NZ Privacy Act 2020 and GDPR. Throughout her career, Micah has successfully delivered complex security, privacy and risk programs.

Tony brings a wealth of technology and cybersecurity expertise to his role as Sales Director for central government. With over a decade of experience in sales and account management, he has successfully delivered a wide range of solutions and services to public sector organisations.

Jess brings 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, including a decade in London, where she worked with enterprise-level organisations across the UK. At SSS, Jess oversees the management and growth of the client base and operations in Auckland and the Northern regions. Recently earning an MBA, she brings a well-rounded perspective on business operations and the strategic role cybersecurity plays in achieving organisational goals.
